Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DailyDiff app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial learning. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the App or its backend services.

2. Subscriptions and billing

  • Today’s puzzle and a basic daily AI scoring are free. DailyDiff Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offering additional benefits (such as answering past puzzles and more daily AI scorings).
  • Pricing is shown in the App and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to bypass rate limits or security, and not to access the service through automated means.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the answers you write. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your submissions (including to our AI provider) solely to provide scoring and feedback. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Educational nature; no warranty

AI-generated scores and feedback are for learning and may contain errors or omissions. The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in Profile → Delete Account.

8. App Store and Apple

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This agreement is between you and DailyDiff, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you.

本《服务条款》（“条款”）约束你对 DailyDiff 应用（“本应用”）的使用。下载或使用本应用即表示你同意本条款；若不同意，请勿使用本应用。

1. 许可

我们授予你个人的、有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，用于你本人的非商业学习。你不得复制、修改、反向工程、转售或滥用本应用及其后端服务。

2. 订阅与计费

  • 每日题目与基础的每日 AI 评分免费。DailyDiff Pro 为自动续订订阅，提供额外权益（如作答历史题目、更多每日 AI 评分等）。
  • 价格在应用内显示，可能因地区而异。费用将在你确认购买时计入你的 Apple 账户。
  • 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅将自动续订；续订费用会在周期结束前 24 小时内扣除。
  • 你可随时在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。删除应用不会取消订阅。

3. 可接受使用

你同意不将本应用用于非法目的，不试图绕过限流或安全机制，不通过自动化手段访问服务。

4. 你的内容

你写下的作答归你所有。你授予我们有限许可，以处理并传输你的提交内容（包括传输给我们的 AI 提供方），仅用于提供评分与点评。详见 隐私政策。

5. 学习性质；不作保证

AI 生成的评分与点评仅供学习参考，可能存在错误或疏漏。本应用按“现状”和“现有”提供，在法律允许的最大范围内不作任何形式的保证。

6. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害，我们不承担责任。

7. 终止

若你违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。你可随时停止使用本应用，并在「我的 → 删除账号」中删除你的账号。

8. App Store 与 Apple

本应用通过 Apple App Store 分发，同时受 Apple 的 《许可应用最终用户许可协议》（标准 EULA）约束。本协议是你与 DailyDiff 之间的协议，而非与 Apple；Apple 不对本应用或其内容负责。Apple 是本条款的第三方受益人，有权据此主张权利。

9. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款；上方「最后更新」日期表示最新版本。变更后继续使用即表示你接受变更。

10. 适用法律

本条款受开发者居住地法律管辖（不含其冲突法规则），但你所在地的强制性消费者保护法另有规定的除外。
